have a window with 2 bent balance rods with missing springs. No wheel is on the bottom. I believe it may be an S370 from your pictures, but I have some pictures for you below. Hi I am not sure if you can Identify this one but this is the information I have. Please let me know if you nee anything else. Thank you the windows are the same size, 32.5 inch wide and 30 inch tall. Please see attached photos. The balancer part number is 2830 CJ-XR.

Single side non tilt balance, marked 2830. Unfortunately the foot part is broken so it's hard to match to the photos. It doesn't appear to have anything on the back side, but it's close to the s370 model. 1/2 wide, 29 inches long.

Hi, I seem to have an in-between size for a channel balance. It's 26.5" long. Does this need to be custom made? I need 2 whole channel balances for a single window in my home. I was able to identify the number "81165" on it.

I am needing to order channel balances. My length is 26 7/16 this is measuring only the metal part. The stamp on it is 26D. Per your pictures it looks to have top 19-004, and bottom shoe 15-002.

I have American Windows Miami brand windows circa 1994. One of them has a broken set of balances marked 24D. I didn't find an exact match. I think I have found a close match but I am sure it is not exact. I have a non tilt single hung Milguard window, the window pane and inside frame when removed measures 28" wide by 20 3/4" tall.
