I have 1/2" channel balance with Top 19-005 and bottom 15-002, this is what it looks like with 2740 stamp. I am not sure as i don't see this combination in your selection screen, cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances, please advise so i can place and order. Thanks Sam

This is from a mid 1990's vintage aluminum double hung non-tilt window manufactured in San Diego, CA. There is a stamped number "2740"; metal part is 28" and 9/16" wide. Can you identify? Need 4 ASAP. Thank you in advance! Hope Hurricane Irene not too disruptive! Michael K.

I have Kinro windows, single hung approx. 30" x 59 1/2". I'm having some problems with the channel balance(s). As near as I can tell the only thing I see broken is the "channel balance top". I'm having trouble finding an exact match for this channel balance. It's a non-tilt window. "25 3 KO CALDWELL" is the marking. The metal piece is 26" long, 1/2" wide. the top looks like a 19-005 and the shoe 15-004. If this is a custom configuration, does it make it much more expensiv ... (cont.)

I need balances for 25= year old Alenco window. The channel is 22 inches long, 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep. It has "21 C" stamped on the channel. I didn't see my top/shoe combo for a window balance. I'm looking for a 1/2" Wide Channel balance, Non-tilt, 15". The closest I found was a cross between Series 380 and 390. I need the winged top 19-005, with a non-wing shoe 15-005. See images. Do you carry this?

My channel balance has a number of 2830Q stamped on it. I believe the windows were by Alenco and made in 1986. Is your balance S730-29 the proper balance. Your site says for "Silver line channel balance S730-29". Just checking before ordering. Thanks. Ron D.
