HI, I need 4-9/16" channel balances for 2 PGT non tilt windows. Ive attached photoes and it seems they have a 19-005 top and a 15-001 shoe (the top seems to be grooved on the back side). I have 3 identical windows in my new home. 2 of which need repaired. they all seem to be in different situations. 1 has no sash guides. The second has a balance of some sort and is inoperable I can't even move or disassemble the sash. The third which seems to be functioning perfectly. I cannot figur ... (cont.)

I have a sash guide that does not match exactly your pictures. The metal U shaped channel is 30 inches long and 9/16 inch wide, 5/8 inch deep. The window is 6 yrs. old. I believe the manufacturer is Norandex, could also be Alcoa. There are no numbers stamped on the metal,however there are painted ... (cont.)

I need to replace channel balances that are 27" long and 1/2" wide. They are stamped "26 5 ES CALDWELL". Please let me know which one to buy? Thank you, Ned

Howdy, am (like everyone else) trying to determine which replacement balance I need. Length of the metal bar is 28". Embossed are the letters DB 102 2730 (perpendicular to the first two lines). The top appears to be a 19-005 - the measurements match, though there's an extra rib not shown ... (cont.)

I need to replace some window balancers. The number printed on the window balancer is 29 5 CW CMC 10 and the other window balancer is marked 29 6 CW CMC 10. I need a replacement channel balance for a Kinco Series: Mark 40/50 HP window. Some additional markings shown on the window label are: H-LC35-53x96; H-LC50-53x63 (I'm not sure if they're relevant). I need to replace some balances on my vinyl windows that are 16 years old.I've tried to match up the shoes and also the id numbers but there are no identical matches.I do know that the channels are 33 inches and the only stamped numbers on my balance are 32 and then a 3 after that ,it also says dp ...
