I have these channel balance similar to similar to series 380 and 385 but not sure which one to pick. Looks to be 17 inches when measured and 1/2 in.label on back 17 3 DP caldwell

17 4 BR CALDWELL is what is stamped on part.

Measurement is tiny bit less than 18in.

Aloha from Maui, all that I can find on the part is 17 3 IP... which one should I get?

Cord broken. No markings other than the code in the enclosed photo. Length = 18" 14 year old.

I believe the balances I need are 18" Caldwell series. Metal measures 18" long. The stamped numbers/ letters are 17-4 DI5 CMC 34 on the units. I have 3 vinyl windows 4 feet wide and none of them work properly, I'm guessing the balances are not strong enough because they won't stay open. I'm wonderin ... (cont.)

First is length 18". Stamped 17 1 D I Second is length 30" NO markings. Both have same plastic ends.

Length of metal portion (excluding plastic end pieces) is 18 inches. Window is double pane, weighs 20 pounds.
