The string broke in my window. The writing on the balance says Caldwell 17 3 RT.

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for this part for the window. I haven't been able to find a cmc with a matching code.

Hello! The cord in our channel balance just broke the other day and I'm struggling to pinpoint which specific balance this is. It's a 1/2" (or 9/16") channel, 18" long, with the markings "17 4 AT Caldwell". The inside of the fixed part of the glass window itself has the markings "0315 305443.003 ... (cont.)

Please check my measurements - I see width in photo showing between 6 and 7 inches - looks like 5/8". Also, I see height a 5/8" in photo between 10 and 11 inches.
