I have a model 380-24 with a weight of 2380 which is not listed on your weight chart what do you recommend for this window?

I am looking to replace my 24 inch channel balances in different parts of my home. Photos included. The measurement, metal to metal end is 24 inches, but the markings may indicate 23. Is there a bulk price if I buy many and replace them throughout my house?

My balances are 2330 markings, your 2330 looks great ,but my tops look different then yours, mine look they have more of a flat guide on the top for left right balance, please advise me after this should work thank you sincerely Rick,

If you can determine which balancer is needed to match the letters and numbers in the photo, I would like to order two.

The spring balance string broke. The window is about 28 lbs 26 3/4 " tall 44" wide. The metal part of the balance is 24". The markings in the photo are 23 5 BP Caldwell.
