Hello, I could use your expertise in ordering a replacement balance. The bar is marked 23 4 EU CMC 2. The windows are Milgard. Would appreciate any guidance. Been trying to figure this out without much luck. Thanks, Greg

On one it says 26 4 AW CMC 7 ON THE OTHER 23 3 DV CMC 7

For a window that foes not tilt, measures 23 7/8 not including the nylons

I am trying to determine which channel window balance I need to purchase to replace a broken one. The metal length is 24", the metal width is 1/2". Your assist would be greatly appreciated.John

Hello, do you carry a replacement part for this? This particular window does not stay open/up, it falls all the time. Thank you, Arie

looks like the Caldwell 380 series. One length is 18", the other is 24". The channel is 1/2". The 18" Caldwell supports a 20Lb sash, so perhaps the #1750, and the 24" caldwell a 30lb sash, perhaps the #2360? The bottom foot on both sizes is 1". I'm looking to purchase two new window balances, as one of mine broke. The Milgard window is 40.5" wide and 26.5" high, measuring the actual window that comes in and out. There balance is 24" when you measure the metal part, and it is 25" when you measure including the plastic ends. ... (cont.)

I ordered new balance on order number 2027136. (4) S380-24/2320. I installed the new channel balance. I need help because when I opened the windows, they do not stay still they slide down to about 5". I followed a video. When I installed the channel in the inside track of the window I saw two ...
