S380-24 24" Series 380 Channel Balance

I am looking for some help/guidance as to the proper part. On the 24" one at my home I see the # 23A marked in the product. When I go to this product (24" Series 810 Channel Balance Product Code: S810-24) it appears almost correct except it appears that the plastic shoe pieces are not right. ... (cont.)

I have a Viking window that has a 24" channel balance, with a winged top, but a non winged bottom, as seen in the pictures, will the part number S380-24 work with both winged top and bottom if I replace both? Also the stamp option indicated is a 2390, and the highest option on the order form is a 23 ... (cont.)

I have a balance that is 24" in length 1/2" wide. With a top end that looks like 19-005 and the shoe looks like 15-004. The channel balance is on a Gapco window, and also had the number 2330 with B.S.I. stamped beside it. Another balance has 2330E with B.S.I. on it. I don't know if there is a differ ... (cont.)

I'm ordering S380-24. But, I need to replace a broken top sash guide, too. Which top sash guide is for S380-24? The weight of the sash is 13 lbs. Is 2330 the right option?

Everthing matches except the number? The number on my part is 24-3 J will the S377-25 option 2430 work on my window?
