S380-24 24" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to purchase replacement balances and my sash weighs 35lbs. I originally purchased the 2320 stamp, because that matched the old balances that had failed and I was replacing. Which balance replacement should I purchase?

The stamp on the old balance looks like 2348--hard to tell. Looks more like an 8 than a 0. I see you don't have 2348...

Hi Swisco, Could I get your help identifying the correct balancer and spacer for this window, here are the details? Wood window 28" high overall Weight is 12 lbs Slot for balancer is 11/16" Plastic spacer is 9/16" and 2 1/4" long Let me know your thoughts, I appreciate the help.

I Just bought a house and have a vinly window that isn't sitting properly. Upon further inspection, I realized that one of the metal clips that should be on both sides of the lower portion of my window was missing. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks!

I need to replace a couple of these channel balances. They came out of a house that was built in 1989 in southwest Florida. The only number I can find on the hardware reads "34 2D". I need to purchase a replacement channel balance for a Milgard window. It's a 24" long 1/2" channel, and pictures of the ends are attached. Stamped on the channel is "23 9 KR Caldwell". I just installed some new channel balances(order 891371) on some non tilt windows. Some windows go up & down fine but others go down hard. I'm trying to figure out which Stamp Option I should choose for the Series 380-24, but the stamp on my channel balance doesn't seem to match any of the options. It says: "23 4 HO CALDWELL". I'm not sure how much my sash weighs, but it feels like at least 20 lbs.
