My tilt windows won't close flat down when you shut them. You have to press down in between the locks in order the lock them and even at that both bottom corners of the sash pull up and the sash frame is actually bowed. The glass measures 31 1/4" . Hello, The original tilt balance has a hook at the top. I couldn't find one that matchesin your site and I need to find a shoe cams. Balancer marking 23E Thanks, Tony

I need replacement channel balances for Kolbe metal clad double hung wood windows. The marking on the channel is (#32)The window size is 2'w x 6'h . I can't take a photo of the channel removed because I don't know how to remove it. The window is cica 1990. Thanks, Thomas McClure

A customer needs both lower sash balances replaced on a Kolbe & Kolbe window, circa 1992. balances are stamped "26 TG K". So it looks like the 27" series 751 is what I would need. Looking at matching the balancer out of my JeldWen window. It looks almost identical to your 751 ribbed balancer and has a marking of 28HB and 3.S.I on the balancer. Thought that was your nomenclature but must not be since the unit is 30-5/8" long. I initially thought that would equate to your 28H ... (cont.)

The ribbed channel of our current balance is 32 1/2" L x 1/2" W x 5/8" D. Looks like your s751 balance but window is non tilt. Window is essentially a room divider that can be opened from either side.

Looking for pictured clip, and 3/8" diameter jamb liner springs to attach them to...need 19"L & 27"L springs. I also need only the springs and clips, the jamb liners are ok. Any new info on these?
