Hello. I have 32 Pan American balances in my home which use the above top sash guide. I need to replace them all as well as some of the complete balances. I have found the other guides on your site, 15-007 and 19-035, but cannot find the top sash guide. Do you all have a source for the top sash ... (cont.)

I would need 4 of these balance parts and also need to know to put them back in the window.

Our home was built in 1964 and has the original windows. the channel balances have failed, the plastic parts have broken and no longer engage with the windows, the actual block and tackle mechanism are in good shape and fully functional. I have 4 different sizes. The metal part is in half inch increments. The one shown is 12.5 inches. These windows are from the late 1960s. There is no channel stop that you pull out on the frame. Not sure what you call it but pull it out to stop the balance from moving up. The top plastic part actual ... (cont.)

The channels at ½" wide and 9/16" deep My windows do not have take out clips but rather there are plastic movable pegs in the top plastic clip of the balance. ... (cont.)

House was built in 1968. Balance has the number "18" embedded on the fromt There is no lever on the framework to pull up to hold the balance in place to remove the window. It is a 1/2 w channel

have 5 windows with 23" long balancers and 16 windows with 18.5" balancers can you id them and are the replacements available ?? the first 2 pictures are the top,the next 3 are the bottom the plastic is 1" wide thanks MIke

I can't seem to find the right replacement or one that would work. It is stamped 191 on the metal side and is 31" in length.
