S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm looking to replace a Milgard window balancer that is stamped 26-4 HA2 CMC 24. 1/2 INCH channel.

Have been discussing replacement channel balances with customer service. This is a 27" balance with a 2690 stamp on it. Bottom shoe measurement is 7/8", so customer service stated this will need to be custom. I am looking for (4) balances. We have identified the top sash guide as 18-161. ... (cont.)

stamp on old balance says RN BSI TH

Channel length is 27" Stamp is barely legible but it looks like 26-3 These are Kinro 1500SH. It looks like I would need at least (16) for now. If you notice the rivet that held the spring has completely sheared of to where the channel has deformed from the force, I am finding this in ALL my windows ... (cont.)

I have a couple of check balances from my window that need replaced. Condo was built in 2004 if that helps. Stamp on Check Balance says 26 5 IW CMC 11They are 1/2 inch wide and 28 inches long to include plastic tips on either end.I've included a few pictures If you need anymore info let me know.T ... 26 4 BX CMC 7 is printed on channels. One spring is stuck and cable/hook will not retract. Looking to order two new parts

The spring and pully component does not retract very well causing the window to lock up/ The 3 plastic pieces one on the window and the other two on the spring pully pieces are broken.
