S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

I am trying to locate this exact window channel that is attached to both ends but unable to find the part number.

Looking from inside home, this part is from the left side of the window. Appears the spring broke. I would need a replacement spring and a diagram of how it is installed. Also, would I need to remove the window to effect this replacement? Thanks for your help. Tom S

My window channel is stamped 26C USB. The channel length (metal only) is 27inches, width is 9/16 inch, and channel depth is 5/8 inch. Which channel balance is the closest match?

A sash balance broke in my window. There is a stamp on it: 2605DS. I found a sticker label on the window identifying it as series 437/438. We cant seem to figure out exactly what we have. The markings on the balances are confusing.

House is 25 years old. Windows probably made by Better Bilt. Channel balance is 27 inches long with identification of 26 4 dj. Found S380 28" that looks like what I need. Not sure of the "strength" rating. My old one is stamped 2730G. Your choices are in the 26xx range of numbers. Sash weighs 22 lbs and size is 33.5" wide by 29.5" tall. Balance is 0.5" wide by 17" tall. Shoes are like S351. S351-17 seems like the closest fit, but I don't see an option for a 22 pound sash....?

I will need a pair of 27" channel balance with 9/16 width. Since the shoe measure 1", series 380 seems to be the closest.
