I am having a hard time locating a replacement balancer for my window. I thought I found the correct one but when I weighed my sash it is 36.4 pounds and I couldn't find a balancer for that weight. Trying to identify this channel balance for replace/repair work. Channel identifier: 26 6 GW CMC 11 Total length is 27" Unsure how to figure out the spring weight/strength....weigh the window?

See attached pictures. It looks like i have the S380-27. I cannot tell from the stamp which weight I need.

How do I know what stamp option I need? The old spring has "26 5 LU CMC 1" stamped on it. It is a 1/2" channel, 27" long spring. Thanks!
