Help choosing an option
I need to replace 2 channel balances. I believe I have the 27" 380 series and the old one has "26 5 AW CMC 2" imprinted on it. The sash weighs 15 lb. I'm not sure which option I need. Can you help? Thanks! Ryan

Series 380 Channel Balance, 26 5 CW CMC 10
I need to replace 2 channel balances. The 27" 380 series is identical to what I have. The old one has "26 5 CW CMC 10" imprinted on it. The sash weighs 30 lb. I am not sure about the option. is 2650 the right one?

I need help Identifying 2 channel Balances. I have S380 Series 15" and 27" the 15" is stamped 14A the 27" is stamped 26B is S380-15 option 1410 correct and S380-27 which option? Thank you

channel balance, springs are too strong
Hi and thanks for your help. I previously order part S380-27 (27" Series Channel Balance), option:2640, and it fits and works like a charm. The problem I have is that the springs are too strong, making it hard to close the window. I'd like to re-order some different springs, but need to ... (cont.)

Channel Balance help with shoe and top
I am currently looking at a channel balance 1/2 inch 27inch 2640. The problem i have is that the shoe and top doesnt look exactly like what I have now. My window balance is Milgard stamped 26 4 EJ. Not sure how to translate to your S380-26 options. Thank you.
