Viking, series M-80; 23 and 29 inch channel replacement
The rail is approx 3/4 inch wide and deep. I can't match it up with anything I see on the site under 23" (2240). Looking for complete unit and caps that are mounted on the window as well.Also looking for 29" (2840).Thank you for the help.Mike

need replacement channel balances
I need to replace some Jordan window channel balances. House built in 1996. The windows are 30 " tall. The channel balances are 30" long from the plastic tips at both ends. The windows are stamped "Jordan A 96" , the existing channel balance markings are a little faded, but I think they're marked "2 ... (cont.)

Need help with identifying the correct shoe. The part seems to measure more than 1", but less than 1 1/8". Trying to decide if the 351, or the 390 is correct. Also the guide in my picture looks different than your 19-002. Will yours still work? I am going to order the 2803, is that what the stampin ... (cont.)

Hello I think this is a spring balance for my single hung window.
The metal Chanel measures 29 inches. the metal is stamped 2830. I have seen several of theses online although some of the plastic parts are different and vary.How do I get the correct ones? or do I just order a 2830 and it will come with the correct plastic parts? Hello, Needing to purchase 4 replacement balances. They are 29" long. I think I need the S380 with the 2830 stamp, but the bottom boot on mine don't have the outside retaining clips. Wanted to confirm they were the correct ones before purchasing. Thank you very much!! Michael

Channel Balance Assistance
Need 2 (left and right) of this part - measures 30" from outermost point on plastic pieces end to end. There is a number stamped on it: 2820B (the B is backwards when reading the number correctly). Last repair needed before closing on a home. Thank you

Spring loaded window balancer marked as a 2830 with a BSI stamp located near the 2830 stamp. This is for a Jordan brand window in a house built in 1988.

Part Number 28300 channel balance
Hello - My broken channel balance is inscribed with BSL 28300 (but the last zero looks like a backwards D). I suspect your comparable replacement part is Series 380 Channel Balances 1/2" x 29". Can you confirm? Thanks, Darec
