Need 18 channel balance number on channel is 2830 and 2230 Size metal riel on 2830 is 29? just metal plus plastic piece And size for 2240 is 23? just metal and plus plastic piece I need 18 pieces for 2830 serie And 2 pieces for 2240 serie

Trying to determine which part to buy. Stamp says 2830

I have older double pane windows, non tilt sashes. No problem identifying the channel balances. The problem I have is removing and bigger problem of installing the sash. I need new sash guides. I think the 18-166 sash guide is correct, but I don't know how to identify the correct channel balance. The balance is 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Jordan window balances with the following stamped on each: 23 3 BS1 15 1 BS1 28 3 BS1 They all have the same top and bottom pieces.

Hello. I need to identify these window balances. They are 28.75" long (end of metal to end of metal) and seem to be just over 1/2" wide. There are some numbers stamped in the side of the balance but I don't know if they mean anything. Thanks for you help!

Hi - one of my Jordan windows no longer slides correctly as the balance on the left no longer works (the heavy-duty white fiber cord that wraps around the 2 pulleys failed). There are no stamped letters on the parts. There is printed information which is "28 4 FP CALDWELL" I find no other identifying information. The window weighs 24 lbs.

Channel is 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Please help as there is no number on it

These are from the same window but are marked as 2220 and 2320. One appears to be a little longer than the other, but they are not perfectly straight now.

This is a 29" long spring lift. 29" is the length of the metal part only. Metal part dimensions are approximately 5/8" square.

I am looking to replace the channel balance in my windows. The window is a non-tilt with fixed panel at the top. The sticker reads as follows: Series 2312 AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 H-LC50 48x84 How do I located my replacement part? Thanks Gary

Window latches say garden rooms by Coleman. The metal only part of the balance is 29 inches. With the plastic pieces at the end of it it measures 30 inches.

The house was built in 1998. I have checked and cannot find any markings except "CALDWELL". I also need the plastic piece the fits on top of the movable window and sits in the window channel. and is attached with a screw Any assistance will be wonderful. Thank you in advancePaul
