Need to match up this spiral balance combo. The clip screws to bottom of the window. Balance is 25" long. Its for an old non tilt aluminum window.

25" long, 3" attachment link at bottom of window. Windows built in 1938. Wood, double hung. Lower section is 32" x 25 1/2". 1 5/8" thick - single pane. Need four balance tubes and need to know the proper model.

Good afternoon can you please advise if you carry this type of spiral balance or can order it in and cost please. I've never seen one like this before. It's for an old wood window. It measures 25". Pictures attached below. Thanks.

I am trying to identify the correct replacement window springs. The windows are from 1938. It is a single hung non-tile 6 pane window. From the hole at the top to the bottom of the spring, not including the hook is 25". Do I need any other parts to connect the springs to the windows. The old ones ... (cont.)

No markings. Tube is 3/8" diameter x 25-3/8" long with a 5/16" x 2-7/8" foot. 3/8" tube is wrapped by a coiled spring for 17-5/8" of the length. The coiled spring is 1/2" diameter. Thank you! Jeff

They are 25inches and 5/8" but there isn't a colored tip and the piece that screwed under window frame is attached unlike the ones I see on the website

From Aluminum windows that are very lightweight Plastic piece is white I have been unable to find white ones. Will red work? Can the red be charged to work on a "white" weight window? I get 25 inches long but not sure if 3/8 or 5/8. Seem to be in between

I have windows that are made by Marvin Coast line series. The balances are broken The balance looks like plastic tube 3/4" in diameter attached with the screw tithe window frame on the top and on the bottom to the bracket that is screwed with 2 screws to the bottom of the sash Looks like a spring ... I installed 2 S500-25 blue tip spiral balances on the lower sash of a large window. It appears that I cannot set the tension low enough for the window to operate properly. My current window uses an integrated bottom angle bracket to attach to a 5/8" x 25" Spiral Window Balance. When I called, it seems that the similar non-integrated bottom window brackets are out-of-stock. Will I need to switch to a side attached bracket, and if so should I go with a shorter spira ... I want to replace the spiral balances in 4 double hung, non tilt windows. This is a photo of the current balance; the current tip looks gray, but I'm not sure. The tube is 5/8" diameter and 25 " long; each sash weighs about 13 - 14 lbs. What should I buy to replace them?
