I'm looking for replacement parts for my Alcoa windows that were installed when the home was built new around 1996. The windows are white and the spiral balances have a white casing. I've attached a couple of pictures, but I'm not sure what series/model windows I have.

I have multiple windows with bad balancers they are 28" long, 9/16"deep, 1 1/4" wide, they are of the flat channel type with 2 spiral balancers located inside the channel

We do have black tip window balances available but you need to pick out the series spiral balance first. Start at the beginning of the spiral balance catalog section to determine the series balance you need.

The balances I'm replacing have a tube that is 27"3/4 long. The tubes are plastic. The cam is 5/16" wide. The plastic tube is 7/16" wide. They have black bushings and are for tilt out windows.
