S600-32 32" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

I have first floor 11 - 34x64 windows second floor 7 - 34x58 windows most don't stay up. I took out one balance from a 34x64 window ( photos attached) the plastic tube measured 32 inches and it has a red tip. I want to make sure I get the correct replacement, please help. The metal spiral lifter measures 32 in exactly. The plastic piece that receives the window U channel tab is a blue circle

Window #BB740 The balance appears white, the length is 31.5", 3/8" Dia. Looks like a series 900. Have other items in my cart and adding all needed for all windows in home and just need confirmation on the balances to order. Have 16 windows all same size. Thank you, Rich

why is the top spiral balance of my window shorter then bottom one. Top = 28in Bottom is 32in. I order a S900-28 red tip and it should have been S600 red tip. Can I still use this for my window?

I need to order replacements for our windows. Many of these no longer will hold open a window. Can you help me identify these so I can place an order?

Windows are double hung and tilt. Pretty sure windows use the 5/8" tube diameter and the length of the cylinder is 31 5/8. (so 32"?) Pretty sure pivot shoe is 1/2 inch. Tip is black.

I have 5/8" spiral balances on double hung tilt out windows from 1996 of unknown brand. Balances measure 31.5" and 33.5 inches of the metal tube.
