Spiral tilt window balancers are shot. At the top of the tube is an inside insert that was held in place by the open metal rivet where the end of the spiral slips into. This was made of plastic. I am trying to find replacement pivot shoe and pivot balance bar as well. The measurements of the pivot shoe is 2 inchs in length X 1 inch wide X 1/2 inch width.
