S900-29 29" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I am looking for balance rods, connectors, plastic covers ect in the attached picture.. If you have them I need to know costs.

I am looking for the parts to fix 2 Windows that will not stay up and the plastic trim along the bottom of the sash. The trim is square in shape. The Sprial shaft is 29" by 3/8". On a tag I found on one of the Windows is has Series 900 ANSI-AAMA 101-88 DH-R40 MST 3860

The "tube" seems to be a white plastic, with the coiled spring assembly inside. The upper screw mounting broke off and the spring now doesn't work, as a result. This is where the top of the coil spring connects to the window. Almost every window in my 8 year old house has this piece broken. Cheap construction! I can dig out the broken piece of plastic. Do you have a metal replacement part? Thank you!

Hello, You were referred to me by a salesman at Home Depot. I need two series 900 spiral balance parts and two pivot lock shoes. The spiral balances in my window measure 28-3/4". Should I order the 28" or the 29"? Thank you for your help. Augusta

Please help me identify the replacement length for my spiral tilt window spring. The one I removed from the window measures 28-7/16" (length of metal casing), diameter is 3/8". Looks like a red tip, but the tip is pushed in. Do I need a 28" or 29" replacement?

Hi replace my spiral balance and the window will not go up at all after I install 29" s900 red-tip spiral balance the window has two on each side . The window was opening before I replace with new ones.

I just received my order, thank you! the S900-29 worked great the 15-045 Pivot Shoe fit but would not lock and my tilt pivot did not fit it. the 26-361 will not fit on the frame I will be ordering many more (16) S900-29 green tip since they worked fine but would like some standby parts. Got a 58H x 34W in window, dbl pane. No way to weigh. Need to replace the spiral balances. Suspect about 25-30 lbs. Old balance does not have a color tip. Old balance tube is 3/8". Pictures of ends attached. Which color tip should I use?
