S900-29 29" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I am ordering balance springs and shoes. Can you confirm the color of tip to use? My current springs do not have any color coding. Length: 39" Diameter: 3/8" Sash weight: 19 lbs I am looking at series 900 sash springs and 15-045 shoes. For my single hung windows.

I put a replacement spiral balance (900 Series) in and it seemed to work fine. It raised properly, but when I closed the window the balance broke. Hello, I need to replace my spiral balances in my tilt window. I currently have 3/8" x 29 " with black tip spiral balances. I don't see any with black tips on your site for the size I need. What color tip spiral balance could I use to replace my existing ones? Thank you, Wayne

I need two spiral balance for my tilt sash window. The original I pulled out has the tube measure 28 7/16" without any color nylon tip. The standard sizes shown on your website are 28", 29" etc. So what size of the spiral balance and color tip I should order?

Just moving into a 1987 house. Most of the windows do not stay open and none of the Spiral balances have color tips. I have a Kinro single tilt window. It looks like the plastic parts are broke because it will not hold the spirals down. It appears to be a S900 series.
