S900-29 29" Series 900 Spiral Balance

Hi I have a 3/8 diameter tube with a greenish blue tip, the problem I am having is that my tube is 28 1/2 inches long. What do you do in such a case? Thanks

HELP!! I need about 6 of these. Please let me know if you can get them.

Just moving into a 1987 house. Most of the windows do not stay open and none of the Spiral balances have color tips. I have a Kinro single tilt window. It looks like the plastic parts are broke because it will not hold the spirals down. It appears to be a S900 series. My old 3/8" x 30" balances have red tips, yet the windows weigh 27lbs. I am not sure what balances I need. The options available in the Series 900 balances show red carrying a sash of 10 to 22lbs, or green supporting 14 to 26lbs. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. (Could the independ ... Can not keep the window open there was a loud bang. We removed the part that holds the window open the this is what it looks like.
