I can't tell what the part is, no color on the top.

Hello, I can't tell if the plastic on the spiral balance is yellow or white. Can you assist with identifying which ones I can use? Also, they seem to measure about 3/8" thick.

Looking to replace several 30 inch springs and broken shoes 7/8 wide x 1 7/8 long. Interested in availability and pricing information.

I am looking to replace two window balances (one broken) on a tilt window that is original to our house (constructed in 2001). Hello, Not sure which product is needed for my double hung windows. I am not sure the weight of the window but the length of the metal tube is 30" and the tip is red and the diameter is 3/8ths. The series S600-30 was close but not the diameter. Thanks

Looking for replacement pivot shoe and spiral balances for a double hung tilt window. The pivot shoe appears to be 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide and the spiral balance is 30". Any help finding parts ?

Inside the track of my window is a tube 30 inches long and 1/4 inch wide with a twisting rod inside (guide?) that appears to have broken off from the bottom. Is this replaceable and how do I disconnect the bottom piece? The top seems easy enough, just being a screw but the bottom seems like a leaver ... (cont.)

Trying to identify which spiral(s) to get for my windows. The window manufacturer is Better Bilt. The pictures are of 2 different windows. I have Better Bilt tilt windows installed in a 2002 home. Some windows have become difficult to open and close. I have not attempted to adjust the tension on the balances. Not sure whether or not to do any kind of maintenance on the hardware or just replace them. Is there any trouble shooting method ... (cont.)
