Greetings,I need the right and left hand balances for a 14.6 pound double hung vinyl window. The balance, 1 1/4" x 9/16" (nominal measurments) has the marking "PAT5.353.548" on the side. It has 10 on the plastic and spring. The block measures .47 thick 1.250 wide

I need to replace 4 left and 4 right balance coils.

I have an 8500 series window that broke the coil and shoe, which shoe should I order? this is the bottom left side, the window when removed weights 18 lbs, on the shoe it has a 9, so I should get a 9 lb coil, right? the shoe is broken so which shoe replaces the one I have?

The springs on both sides of the window have broken and the window will no longer stay up. Seems like these should be available parts to replace?

I believe I erroneously ordered the S140-9. That was not your fault. No resolution will be needed because it was entirely my fault. I would just like to order the correct one moving forward. Window will not stay up

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ... Please help me identify the correct pivot shoe for my window. I've attached pics.

This pivot shoe was damaged within the tract, so I removed it and need a replacement piece. Looking at the window this shoe is from the right side. The shoe was attached to a coiling piece of sheet metal that I needed to unscrew from within the tract. Thank you for your help! On the shoe itself is: ... (cont.)

Need coil springs for both sides of window. Do not know the size of slings there is no size stamped on Case or sping. Sash weight i s 11 lbs and is duel spring.

One of our six windows in our breezeway we use quite often has recently stopped working. Coil springs are broken and pivot shoe as well. I need the counter balance for both sides of the bottom sash. The pivot shoe is 9/16 thick and 1 1/4" wide. There were 2 coil springs on each side
