Left toilet spring balance the cartridge looks like it is in tact the spring is broken a few inches from the upper sash holder which has 2 prongs that held the spring which has 2 holes. On it looks like an 8 K so I assume 8 lb I don't see and 8 kg then I'd assume it would have been 17lb. The wi dow ... (cont.)

Looking to get replacement coil balances for 2 new sashes. Purchased these from SWISCO in 2015 and looking to purchase the same type.

Good morning, I am looking for help identifying the atatched window hardware. Appears it is a 2 piece system plus a spring. I would like all of these pieces identified if possible. Also, the window weighs 23lbs. Thanks in advance.

Window coil balance number 6 stamped on it

Window will not stay open and the sash balance looks like this on both sides. I believe the coil is broken. I can't find any replacements that look like this nor information on how to replace this style. I added photo from top of sash as well.

The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.Thanks for your help, Jon
