Hi, looks like the coil spring, and pivot guide housing are broken. I am not sure if the tandem one you have I'd the correct part for this window? Thanks Greg

The coil springs broke on these two balances used on a triple pane replacement window. The windows were installed before we purchased the house 11 years ago. I know I need to replace both right and left balances (because the coil broke) but the only visible info is the 6L, which I know means 6 lbs. A 7L (Pretty faded) is stamped on the balance. These two parts came out of the window track on the right side of the window, looking from the inside--out. These both came off a rental house window, the part that keeps the sash locked in a vertical position is 4" tall, 1" wide and 7/16" deep from front to back. I need help determining which coil to purchase. I saw that it had a 7 stamped on it. I'm fairly sure that means 7 lbs of lift.
