Hello, I have a double hung vinyl window made by a survivor technologies that no longer makes the windows it is about 10 years old and my window want stay up I have attached 2 pictures of the parts that I need have. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Ed

This part broke on the right hand side of our window. We were able to remove th pieces after creating a cutout to remove per your video. Are you able to identify whether you carry this part for us to purchase?

I thought I had ordered the correct replacement part (S140-4 : 4 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, Single) but clearly it is not the same. The one listed on your site 26-369 looks to be that design but I don't have small enough measuring devise to properly measure it. I have this blue shoe. Your customer care recommended 15-086 and 15-087, but those have a black cam, and it looks a little different in size. Will this part still work? I already bought the recommended parts and I want to be sure they will fit before I call out a handyman.

Window will not stay open. Balance is broken

I just sold my house and per the agreement have to fix a window that will not stay open. I am 95% sure it is a traco window, double hung tilt in. I was told that traco is no longer in business so i cannot get a factory replacement part. I assume it is the springs that are bad but thats a guess. ... (cont.)

Parts that have given up the ghost and I need to replace. It is a 6lb spring. It also looks like a 15-087. Also there is a adjustable screw mounted below the spring holder as you can see from the picture. Is that to hold the spring to the side. Thanks for your help.
