I need a sash lock and balances for some Gorell windows. The Gorell model # is 5155 and measures 23X59. Please see attached photos.

Hi I am trying to replace the pictured part. It has a coil on top and a shoe at that bottom. I think it is all one part. It holds a heavy double hung tilt window up. There was only one coil when I removed. Can you help identify and suggest a replacement part?

I was cleaning my window and (as I've learned later), probably didn't lift my window enough and think I've broken this part. I need to replace it but don't even know what to search. I also can't even get the window back in at this point so it's a bit urgent!

Please help me locate this part.Pat5,353,548 stamped on side.Two of the tandem housings are marked 7 and end housing is marked 8.I need the coil springs also

I have a broken spring in a sash support coil balance. The housing looks like a 15-087 and the spring looks like a S180. The housing has the number 5 printed on it; does this mean the spring is a 5 lb spring? (pictures attached) Thank you for your time.

Hello there. I have a coil balance that has broken and need help identifying the replacement parts. Of note, there is no cutout in the vinyl track. I've even removed the top cap and no cutout up there either. Any pointers on which replacement coil I need, and how to get the shoe out of the track? ... (cont.)

I have a number of windows (new in 2009) that have the constant force balance that consists of 16-024, 15-087, and S180-7. When the sash is tilted, it doesn't stay locked at the pivot point, but rises up without any resistance other than the weight of the sash. Essentially, it takes two people to ha ... (cont.)

How do u get both springs to hook on to the screw bracket that anchors them? The significant amount of tension in the coil springs appears to make that somewhat difficult? Please explain?

I need help identifying Traco roller tilt constant force balances for this window. Both top & bottom. I weighed each sash out of the window frame & each sash weighed 21.1 lbs. can u tell me All needed items to put this double hung window back into proper operation.

I'm looking for constant force balance replacement parts This is a double hung window, the windows tilt out and the pivot bar has a notch in the shaft and the shaft has flange like ends (see picture).
