purchased these Accent Windows, here in Colorado, in 1997. coil spring balance just snapped. picture shows the number stamped on the back of the spring.

Looking for part numbers on the attached photos

On the large part spring has number a big 7 then a small 23x onit. The small one has a big 7 and then a small. 37w believe to be TRACO WINDOWS. BRIGHTON GLASS

Hi I am trying to identify the attached spring balance which is a triple. The length of the top sash is 36" and the lower sash is the same. I need balance shoes as above, almost 9/16 (35/64?) x 1 1/4 x 2 7/16. Windows weigh 8 lb, are 19 1/2" and 20 1/2". When I order, I will need 4 shoes; 4 anchors, since I am not sure of the condition of the anchors; and pivot bars if the new balance shoes don't have the same slot as the old shoes. ... (cont.)

THIS PART IS WHERE THE PIVOT BAR ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM AN THE COILS MAKE THE WINDOW STAY UP. THE PLASTIC CASING BROKE.

I believe that I will need the tandem set up using 15-087 and 15-086. The spring has a stamp of 4Y, is this a 4 lb spring? When I install the the two coil housing, I assume that I hook them together and then pull the spring out and run one on top of the other up to the clip. Thanks you. ... (cont.)

Hello. I have this part in the pictures just break on me on anther window. It is the piece of plastic inside the window track to which the actual window latches onto. I am trying to see if this part is sold separately or if i need a new window track or frame. Thank you

I had a window that would only go up so much ( see pictures), when I titled it out I saw the coil had broke. I have removed the coil, but now need to replace it. Thanks!

Window cannot go up or down. Need to replace window balance. Please let me know the parts I need to replace both sides of the window?s balance. The window measures 35 x 45 (width x height) on the outside frame.

First photo is left balance unit in a window that works. Next 4 photos show right and them left in window that won?t stay open. this has a coil spring and as you rotate the window it lock the slide, put the window back in position and the whole assembly moves. Not sure if the slide needs to come out with the window.
