I need a replacement channel for a double hung, tilting window, and I hope that you'll be able to identify the parts that I may use. I attach some photos that should help. I believe I need the 30" 770 series balance. My question is when I removed the old balance it was held in by a clip with a hole in top of balance. The one pictured has some type of plastic fitting. Can I remove the plastic and drill hole or does it remove? Also what are the tricks to getting the win ... (cont.)

My balance has bsi 3000, looks like jk stamped on it. bsi 3000 jk. It's 30 inches. I wanted to order 2 but in checkout it says I need to select on option. I don't know what that is. This is part of a large, tilting, vinyl, two panel window. The only identifying part numbers I can see are on the metal guide, and they are "30D" but I cannot see the manufacturer's name. Thanks for any assistance, Mike

I have a channel balance that is beige, not ribbed, 7/32" deep, 9/16" wide and is stamped 30TG. The end is partially broken off so I can't tell exactly what it should look like. We need two BSI 3600 LB balance replacements and one BSI 3000 FL balance replacement for our white vinyl tilt windows approx. 15 years old. They look almost exactly like the ones in your "how to replace" video. Can you help? We can email pictures if you need them.
