I'm looking to repair a broken block and tackle. The channel is 9/16 wide and 1/2" deep. The stamp on the channel says 30C BSI. The flange clip at the top of the channel that secures the unit to the window frame is removable and could be placed on a new part. Any help you can offer me in locating a ... (cont.)

Requesting assistance in finding the replacement part for a window Channel balance. The window manufacturer is Pennco. Attaching photo. And on the part itself, it has 29-C-30.

The string that holds the window up on one side has come loose from the guide at the bottom and the spring is spring is sticking up out of the top of the balance frame (see pictures).
