I'm looking for a window balance. I believe it's a 30" series 770 balance 5770-30 option 30c. I have a friend that told me to check with you on this part. Could you let me know price and availability?

1/2 inch wide in the sash channel balance, 30 inches long. Has the following identificatino: 30C RD BS1 The spring seems like it became detached from its mounting rivit at the top and the pulley system at the bottom.

I have a house full of Ellison Windows that are 20 years old. I'm getting numerous glass sash glass replaced and 2 of them have shot balance mechanisms. Attached are some pics. One is a set of 36" and the other is 30"; pics attached. There are no markings on the parts.

My part looks most similar to the 795 however the receiver at the bottom of the channel that holds the window pin does not come out. Please advise.

I have channel balances in my aluminum window. The shoe is destroyed. How do I get it out to identify it? And even more important how do I get the new one in?

we are trying to find this balancer we cant seem to find the correct end that will go into the shoe. Maybe they dont make this kind of end anymore that goes into the shoe maybe you can help with something that we can replace to replace the balancers.

HiWe have older Imperial brand windows and need some components to. The spring that balances the vertical slide window broke on two windows and I am trying to locate replacements. I would purchase 4 if possible.ThanksJoel

What would you recommend to replace BSI 30E RR? Looks like S770-30 is close, although that has a little tail on the bottom that the BSI does not. Probably would just not use that. Also, this window has always been difficult to close, which I believe indicates that we should drop from an E to a D. ... (cont.)

Bsi 3000 balance 29 and 30inches

It's 30" long, attaches with a small bar that clips to a hook in the window channel. They go up fine but require a lot of weight to go down.
