S795-27 27" Series 795 Channel Balance

Hope all is well. I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct window balancers before ? purchase. Here are the photos below. It's 27inch in length from top frame to bottom frame. Stamp number is 26-5. Also I'm curious if the new balances come with the string and a block see pic below ... (cont.)

I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance. You told the individual to buy the 15-198 clip. I have two questions. Why cant I just order it with the correct clip (15-198) a ... (cont.)

Both of my spring balances have disconnected from one of my windows. As I try to reinstall them I believe I need less tension on the spring. I cannot determine if it is possible to lower the tension on the springs and if so, how. If it is not possible, can I order new spring balances from you 27" o ... (cont.)

Hello, Looking for replacement balances for these original balances. Was told by customer service this will need to be custom due to the top hook. T-lock shoe measures 1-1/4" on our original. We are looking for a quantity of (2). Thank you!

Hello, I ordered qty=12, S795-27 : 27" Series 795 Channel Balances. When I received them, I noticed that they had a different clip interface. The ones I ordered (order #2067388) had a hole in the end for a screw interface. The ones I am replacing have a bent clip and slot interface in the window ... (cont.)

My house was built in 2008. As I understand it, these are Hurd windows and the "shoes" that connect the balance to the windows have been starting to break. I need 10x 27" Series 795 Channel Balance but with Balance Clip Attachment (part no. 15-198)

There is no other markings except 27E on the top part of the part. This is window balancing spring.

hi, We have a single hung vinyl window with tilt and need to replace channel. The channel when measured is 27 inches long.
