Looking for replacement block and tackle for vinyl tilt window

I have another window that needs a new set of balances - image attached. It is the same type of window we used before - they are 32" long, with 32c stamped on them - so if I could get a quote for two of the same setup with the last 6 we worked with that would be great! Looking for these balances

I have a couple of the 32C-795 series balances. I will also need to order the 15-194 1" T-Loc. The problem I have is they have the cord hook instead of the screw mounted, and the hole is round. Is there any way to convert to the crew type? I am thinking maybe a plastic anchor, but not 100% on that. ... (cont.)

I'm needing these in various lengths

30"X72" window , single hung.

Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary

Need to match these up please

I believe I want to replace a plain tilt window channel balance with a 32" B weight but have difficulty choosing the T-lock. Mine is definitely 1 1/4 inches wide at the bottom, 1 7/8 tall and 15/32 wide at the top. Not sure if it is open or closed style. Pictures attached. Could you confirm parts? ... (cont.)

The stamped number: 32D ED5 CMC 45 Quantity: 2 Length: 32" Also the pivot shoe is my main problem. The broken shoe was on the balance but looks like the glass repair shop removed them If these can't be replaced is there another option?
