Unfortunately for me, these come with the 19-043 screw clip and the Ply Gem windows use the 15-198 balance clip. I believe that your 1 1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe will replace the shoe in the photos. The measurements are the same to those on your website. I have 6 Thermastar double hung windows that are getting hard to open. I believe the problem is in the little rollers inside the balance which are frozen. Silicone lube doesn't help them.
