S795-32 32" Series 795 Channel Balance

I have a single hung vinyl window with a broken string. The part number says 32C po BS1. Any idea what part I need?

Greetings. My home was manufactured in approximately 2013 and has single hung, tilting MGM 5610 windows. I believe they are the Southern Rose line. I need a replacement balance from the right side of the window. I also need a replacement Pivot Shoe as well. See attached photos.

Replacement parts.

Looking to identify the replacement for the channel balance in the photos. 32c is stamped on there. The spring is 17in. I believe I have 1/2" x 1/2" Inverted Block and Tackle Balances to replace but I am not sure if that is correct. They are 33 1/2" end to end (includes clip and post attachment and are stamped "32B BSI pt" I will attach photos and need to replace both the left and right sides of the single tilt out ... (cont.)

I window uses a 32" C Channel Balance but the Balance Shoe is a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe. I looked at your PN S795-32C but it shows it uses a different shoe. How can I get the S795-32C Channel Balance with a 1 1/4" T Lock Spring Shoe? thanks

Need a pair.

I need to get a replacement window balance. The plastic fitting at the top where the spring attaches broke. The dimensions are 33"L x ½"W x ½' D. The spring is 16" long.
