S795-32 32" Series 795 Channel Balance

Could not find any identifier on the window. Really just need several of the shoes. Thanks for your help.

I ordered a new channel balance assembly (Item #S795-32) to replace one with a broken locking shoe. Everything appeared the same as the old one, however when trying to install the new one, it looks like the new shoe is wider than the old one and I cannot get it to fit in the channel slot. My 2 windows balances are broken I have a 32 in balance with a spring and 2 clips on each end which are broken. The balance has letter and numbers 32d BSI rl. I will attach photos and call in morning for parts. Thanks Ken

I have multiple windows that the balance hardware has separated from the window on one side of each window. Obviously the springs are now rusty. Plain channels 9/16 in wide, 1/2 in deep, 32 in long. The hook in the pivot lock shoes is breaking.

I have original windows in our home built in 2008 that appear to be Millgard, however all the Millgard balances I find online look different than these and don't seem to have a pivot shoe. Need two balances for a Ply Gem 1500 series single hung tilt window. Balance has a clip at top, not a screw, and is stamped 32A. Would this match your Series 795 balance with a 15-198 hook attached? Did not see that type listed. Need two of them.

I am trying to replace the spring balance and pivot block shoe for 3 single hung tilt-in windows. They are Atrium brand windows (or so I am told -- I cannot find a label). The tilt windows are 33" wide by 34-5/8" tall. The shoes appear to be open on both sides and are approximately 1-1/4" wide at ... (cont.)

The only stamped marking on it are the letters "DB" sideways then "CO$" then "3200" The length is 32 and 3/4 inches and the width and depth is 5/8.

I have included additional photos. I measured the metal channel end to end, excluding the end pieces and it is 32". It is marked 32C BS1. Need help finding a replacement window balance. The current balance is damaged beyond repair. According to the sticker on the window it is a Cornerstone/Heritage Single Hung NFRC-HGB-K-15 window. Looking to find these white/cream balancer string clip retainers. On a vinyl tilt single hung from a 20yr old track home. Upper rod is 1/4".

The reason I am ordering is because current balances are not strong enough and sashes are slightly slipping down when opening. I will need to replace with the next size from 32-B to 32 C and from 20 C to 20 D balances.
