They are 32" x 1/2 inch I already purchased the following Product Code: 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam from Swisco but they do not fit in the slot at the bottom as they are too thick to fit under the metal bar. I need 2 795 series channel balance c2 paBSI WITH THE HOOK AT THE END

I MW vinyl windows. The channel balances look like your S795 style except that, instead of having a clip with a screw hole at the end of the cord, mine have a flat metal hook that fits into a square hole in the vinyl window frame. The channel balance itself measures 32".

Channel is 32", spring is 17 1/4".

Need to know which part(s) to order. Right channel broken. Will order both new so balanced. Is part same for both? 32" long part. Also white parts were by window. Are these part of window somewhere that you know of? Thanks for your help.

Hello, the first picture shows the product we have purchased. The rest of the pictures showmy existing product. My question is the upper mount for the string tension on my window is in a slit in the housing. The new product sounds like you use a screw to mount. Is this correct or do I have the wrong ... 32inches Long side Measurement 1/2 Front 1/2

Looking for a replacement part/balance for this type of balance. It seems the plastic piece broke and now the string does not move when you move the window sash up and down. The metal piece is about 32" long. The window is about 72" tall if that matters. Thanks!

Please see the attached photos of the balance that I need to replace. I only need two at this point. And my balance attaches with a hook instead of a screw. But the hole is round. Does that mean I can't use the screw plug?
