Although you are currently out of stock, item S-795-33 with option "3F" which per your website can hold a sash weigh of 34-37 #s. Can these S-795-33 be made up to hold a sash of 40 #s? My windows are triple glaze "Argon" filled. I need 20 Channel Balance

The balance I found on your site is a 795 series but it doesn't match the top clip as mine hooks in the jamb and yours screws in.

Looking to locate balance to order a few replacements. Considering how difficult it has been to locate these I'll probably order spares in some additional sizes. The plastic pulley connection to the spring has failed on 2 balances. Mine use a screw mounting vs a hook. See photos

Hello, I just bought / received a S765-33 option 32-3 from you. I guess I ordered the wrong part. Looking closer at options it looks like i may need a different model.See pics attached as this is the connector on my old one and the S765 didnt have this.Thanks Tom

33" balance with metal hook that attaches at top of window. About 1/2" deep & 1/2" wide 33" long. Window would not open then when worked on & forced broke. Thank you for any help to identify the parts & I need 2.
