My single hung windows need tilt out latches and a piece that goes on the end of the sash balance channel. The sash balance channel is 33" x 1/2" x 1/2" all OD. The channel is at the top of the window. I also need some hints as to how the balance part is inserted into the window channel. Thanks K ... (cont.)

Hello, I have a sash with portion of the vinyl window near the pivot bar support broken. (See attached picture. This does not have a separate pivot bar assembly). What's the best method to fix this?
