20 year old vinyl windows sash balance and t-shoe were broken trying to open window. Serial number on the balance is 33C and it is 33" long with a metal clip on nylon string at the top of the sash frame.

I would like to verify the correct part that I need. I believe that we need a 33" Series 795 Channel balance but I'm not sure which option. Is the 32 5 stamp the weight? Thank you for your assistance.

I Have a square window balance with a stamp of 32-1. From what I can figure it looks like it is a s795. None of the S795s in your online catalog have these numbers. The balance metal length is 33".
