Hi, Need to replace both left & right balances on upper sash. Details are as follows: Window is vinyl double-hung with tilt in sashes (manufacturer unknown) Sash size is 34 5/8 x 17 3/4 Sash weight is 12.8 lbs Metal part of balance is 14" Plastic part of balance is 2" Interior width of channel is 1 ... Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for a 1/2" x 1/2" BSI 14C channel balance. The spring is at the top, and the balance is attached to the jamb with a hook, and to the shoe by a cord. The balance doesn't move and isn't attached to the sash. Thanks for your help!

Have not been able to find it with the proper ends

Need balance parts for 2 different size windows. 14b and 12b same house, pivot bar broken from 14bBoth balance 14b & 12b have hooks top and bottom. Pivot shoe is 1/2 in thick 1 1/4 wide and about 1 1/2 height. Pivot bar 2 1/2 length. Need 2 of the 14B and 2 of the 12BPivot shoe looks like 15-169 ... (cont.)

Hello, both of the balance shoes are broken on a double hung, tilt out, vinyl window. I can't find a brand name on the window so I would like to find the balances and replace them.
