S770-16 16" Series 770 Balance

The broken balancer is 1/2" wide and 16" long. The cord is broken so I just want to confirm the part number. The sash is 18#. Part number of the broken balancer stamped is 15TG.

Balance system or Pivot Lock shoes for a double hung window manufactured by thermal industries. It's the part that holds the top sash up(double hung) from just dropping when unlocked. Markings : 16E BS1 V

I think there is a 21c engraved

Can you identify this part, or provide a substitute?

These are channel balancers 16 inches long.

I see the numbers 1610 10 inside the broken balance .Unfortunately I don't know the brand of my window.Can you help me find the proper replacement parts? My sash weighs 20.2 lbs.Many thanks for your helpJanet

Is there a non-block and tackle and pivot replacement for this tilt out vinyl window marked "16B"?

Trying to find a replacement for this part. It goes inside the side frame of the window. Screwed into frame at top, cord attached to a shoe that the pivot bar sits in. Only marking is the number on the back

no numbers on the balances. They are held at the top with one screw. The bottom has the metal tab that slips into a slot. I need: 4-- 16 1/2", 6-- 20 1/2", 10-- 28 3/4", and 4--27". The house is a modular built in 2000.

I need 6 channels with the springs, the springs are broken. Some of the plastic connections are broken. I also can use the plastic molding that goes around the window in the inside.

Metal bar is 1/2 x 1/2 wide and 16 inches long ? number on bar is Unique - 15-D-40

I think the brand is Mastic. The balance is made out of steel, it is 16" long, 1/2" wide and has the number 1601 stamped on it, further down it says BSI

Window is small 18"x33 1/2", I have replaced larger windows balanceand these two small windows are no longer moving easily. I have ordered from you before. My name is Patricia I will need four of these along with the shoes that go with them.

I have a tilted vinyl window in my bathroom that will no longer hold open?..using sticks to prop up. Based on what I've read and viewed on line, it is likely I have broken pivot lock shoes. Couldnt read any part number on the balancers. They are 16 inches long Looking for help on finding replacement plain channel balancers for a bathroom window.
