I have several 23 year old windows (same brand) with lift failure, unknown brand. The top pulley is broken, as is the metal channel (5/8 inch wide) is stripped at the top. Springs are OK. Windows are "Mastic" around 1999 vintage, channel balance 29" long not including attachment hdw-was difficult to remove from slot. It looks like I will have to cut attachment piece to remove. This is lower sash. It weighs 16.2 lb
