We are in the middle of a remodel project and have a number of windows that need the channel balancers repaired or replaced. I have 29 inch channel balances but the closest thing I can find on your website has plastic fittings on both ends. None of mine have plastic fittings. The hook at the end on the string attaches to the tilt mechanism.

Please let me know if you have replacement parts for the two photos I have attached.

The balance has broken on a couple of the windows in a house we bought. The house was built in 1993. Jordan Window built in 2002, window is 33" wide and 29" tall, weighs 23.6 lbs as it sits in photo. Counterbalance is stamped 28D SBI? Pictured are all the parts I could find.

I need 2 channel balances for a Kinco window. The channel balance has 2830 stamped on it and is 29" long and is approx 9/16" on the three metal sides. I may be a sixtenth off. My balances look like your Series 770, except mine tie in to the shoe with a hook instead of that tab. The stamp says 2850. I need two shoes too. Is that 15-105?
