Stamp on balance is #2900. Channel is 29". This is photo of L shoe and balance. The right shoe appears to be broken. I could not get to that side to get picture. I talked to Casey there. The stamps on channel balances I need to replace are 3500 BS1 and 2900 BS1 used in tilt windows (top sash is fixed). Since I need eight 35s and 12 29s, I wanted to make sure I ordered correctly. I'm thinking the 770 model is it based on website appearance. Please advise.

From looking at these photos I think I?m in the same boat as this gentleman. My balance looks identical to his. There is a small metal hook on the end of a nylon cord at the bottom. From what I can tell the stamp says "a 2840". Both sides of the window unit have the rope and hook pulled out from the track. I?m trying to replace the balister on my mastic single hung tilt window. The window will not stay up. I?ve attached photos. Length is 23 inches and width is 1/2 inch. It is on the left side of the window. Are you able to help? Jeff

Trying to order proper Block and tackle Balance for single hung tilt out window. Actual Balance dimension is 29" long, 9/16" wide, and 1/2" deep. The S770-29 looks like its the one I need. The existing unit is a 3050 single hung. Please see attached picture of stamp on existing balances. It says 2900 BSI LD. Also, I just want to make sure the terminal clip comes included attached with each balance. Thanks, Tommy

The Id number is 29c BSI (sideways) PB There is no identifying mark on the window frame or etched in glass in corner. On the window lock it has the letters IWC.
