Hello, I have a broken valance in my Loewen Double Hung from around 2001. The valance spring system and the associated peg on the sliding window are both broken. See associated photos. Can I get these?

I am in need of replacement window balances. The items pictured are labeled "27S B.S.I. MF 30" and "31DS B.S.I. MC 36" any help is appreciated.

Window was purchased from Lowes 10 years ago length is 31 inches 31D Fg5 cvc 54

This channel balance is 31 inches long.It came out of a metal window frame that is easily 20 years old. The only stamp I can find reads 3050 BSI?

The only marking on the balancer is 31B and I need the clip on the end of the sash cord. Please see attached photo. Many thanks

for the pivot shoe i think it is 3" Pivot Bar, Weathercraft 26-272 ()any other way verify? because it uses "Tamp R Lok 3" this narrows it down to two choices? 15-231 or 15-210? can you tell from photos? no real way to verify without trying to remove original? - BTW is there any info on how the tamp ... HI. I have Weathershield windows, approx year 1997, white vinyl. The window is single hung, tilt on the lower half. I need the knife point locking cam or lock shoe. My house has custom windows built by Golden Windows in Ontario, back in 2000. I am trying to find a replacement RSI balance. I have the broken one but I did not see a # on it. Then I got my magnifying glass out and found the inscription. It reads
