I have a Plygem window 1. Would not stay up. Coil part broken 2. Similar problem with 2nd window, but coil is different size. Plygem was not helping with parts and I hope you will. Thank you. 1997 house with Certainteed vinyl DH windows 36x58, typical. Lower sash of one needs both balances. See attached photo - pulley appears to have "Certainteed 86710" imprint on one side. Please let me know if I can order these spring balances, or if you need more information.

I am not sure, bur the original spring looks like S170. Need it for 15-192

I have 2 Certainteed widow that I need a set of balances for each window. The 1st window is 27 " and weighs 15.2 lbs The 2nd window is 24 1/2" and weighs 13.8 lbs

Looking for parts for our old windows - Owen Corning from 2001. The coil springs of several windows are breaking. The pivot shoe dimensions : 1 1/4 , 1 1/2 and 7/8. The number on the pivot shoe is 9. The number on the coil is 10.

I need to replace the coils and shoes for 3 windows. So I would need the right and left. (I've attached a picture of all the parts I need). There is a marking on the coil that says 408 J. Dear Sirs,I need to to replace the above shown part parts in 3 of my windows bottom sashes only. It looks like the coil broke. On the coil that attached to cam housing it has the numbers 408S stamped on it. Please advise if you have parts that would work. Thanks youBob

All pictures look like my parts but the stamp on the spring is 408J

The number on the coil belts of this particular window is 408 I don't know if these are hand it if they are I would need a left and a right and a left three pieces total
