Hello, I'm trying to find out exactly what parts to order to replace the complete assembly on both sides of the window. I've attached pictures of the pivot shoe, the coil housings (M8637MXX), and the coils. One coil has "SA 406 500" imprinted on it and the other has "LA 406 500". ... (cont.)

the 409 is for a weight of 9lbs. we need this reference 170 409 to 9lbs, but we also need to 12lbs and 14lbs. It is possible?

I need to replace both sides and would like to order the pivot shoe, 406 170 and 171 coils, covers, drums? Is that the complete system for each side? I still have the screws but was hoping I wouldn't have to buy everything separately? But if I do, what do I need?Thanks,Al

We have lived in this house for 15 years and the windows were here when we moved in. The CertainTeed window will open, but does not stay open. Falls closed. Need balances for both sides of upper and lower windows. Spring is marked 406. Also need the brackets that attached to the lower window that fit into the cams. There is still a part on the springs but the cams and the other plastic piece that fits around the cams have all fallen down the window tra ... (cont.)

I could not find any names, numbers or markings on the existing hardware. The end of each spring broke off and got lost. I am guessing that the ends that broke off and got lost are somewhere inside the window frame. I need two more of this part.
