I don't see a stamp on it, there is the number 4 on one of the coils.

Hello need these sash balances.

Hello - Not sure this is one of yours since the parts on your site look a bit different. But can you identify a pair in your inventory I can replace these with? The bathroom window is about 20 pounds. Thanks!

I have about 25 of these windows in my house and not a legible label on any of them. They were all installed about 20 years ago. This broken one is the upper window in my bathroom, it probably sees the most motion of any of the windows. Your help is greatly appreciated. Andy

There's no markings on the window. Original window from construction built in 1999.ThanksEric

Not sure how to remove the springs safely. The spring on the right side of the window snapped.

I'm wanting to order what parts I need for a 31 3/4" sash. I think thats the spring length, 22.2 lb sash. I would like enough parts for 3 identical sashes / windows. I have a vinyl window aproximately 33 1/2 inches across 35 inches high? That won't stay up? I've sent photos of the top and bottom right and left hardware? Wanted to find out what I would need to replace this hardware thanks? Rod

Only marking is a stamped 9 on coil.

Obviously, the coil spring is broken. I guess I could have included the broken off piece of the spring coil in one of the images. Let me know if you need that.

My window weight is 20lb, and I am looking for counter balance part shown in picture . Can you please suggest some part number? There is no model or manufacture number shown on window frame.

Looks like I have to replace the pivot shoe, and reattach to the coil assembly? Would you please recommend the correct parts for this and necessary tools? I'm guessing I also need to remove the coil assembly to reattach the shoe, correct?

there is a number 6 on the coil

It is hard to see but on the 'a' picture on the right it has a '5' in there. I weighed the window and it is about 19#. There are two coils on each side so it looks like each side takes like 10#. The coils are .5 inches wide and 1 inch diameter. The whole thing when not broken to pieces is about ... (cont.)
